The permit allows residence to foreign nationals who have completed their studies in Slovenia within the last two years at a tertiary education institution and have obtained at least a tertiary education qualification, and who wish to remain in Slovenia after completing their education for the purpose of seeking employment or self-employment (i.e. establishing a sole trader business).<\/p> <p><b>How long will my temporary residence permit for the purpose of seeking employment or self-employment be valid?<\/b><\/p> <p>The permit will be issued for a maximum of 9 months and cannot be extended.
