{"id":1039,"date":"2017-11-17T13:59:17","date_gmt":"2017-11-17T11:59:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/infotujci.si\/drzavljani-tretjih-drzav\/dovoljenje-za-stalno-prebivanje\/pogoji-za-izdajo-dovoljenja-za-stalno-prebivanje\/"},"modified":"2018-02-07T11:11:44","modified_gmt":"2018-02-07T09:11:44","slug":"terms-and-conditions-for-issuing-permanent-residence-permit","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"\/en\/terms-and-conditions-for-issuing-permanent-residence-permit\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and conditions for issuing permanent residence permit"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\"  style='background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0);background-position: center center;background-repeat: no-repeat;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;'><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row \"><div  class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion_builder_column_1_1 fusion-builder-column-0 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last 1_1\"  style='margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:20px;'><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper\" style=\"padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;\"   data-bg-url=\"\"><div class=\"fusion-text\"><ul>\n<li><a href=\"#count_necessary_time_of_residence\">five years of continuous legal residence in Slovenia<\/a>\u00a0on the basis of a temporary residence permit,<\/li>\n<li>a valid travel document (validity period is not relevant),<\/li>\n<li>sufficient means (regular sufficient income),<\/li>\n<li>verified security concerns (clarification at security concerns);<\/li>\n<li>during the decision-making, the foreigner must be resident in Slovenia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Who may apply for a permanent residence permit before legally residing in Slovenia for five years?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The following persons can apply for this:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an individual whose residence is in the interest of the state, while the competent ministry or another state authority must provide its opinion on this,<\/li>\n<li>a foreigner of Slovenian descent,<\/li>\n<li>a family member of a foreigner who has a permanent residence permit or refugee status in Slovenia; you may apply for a permanent residence permit after two years of continuous legal residence on the basis of a temporary residence permit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><a name=\"count_necessary_time_of_residence\"><\/a><div class=\"fusion-text\"><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">How do we count the necessary time of residence?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We also include your residence in Slovenia on the basis of a submitted application for a temporary residence permit. In the time required, we also include the period when you were absent from Slovenia and did not have a temporary residence permit or did not submit an application for an extension or issue of a further temporary residence permit if your absences were shorter than six consecutive months and in total do not exceed ten months.<\/p>\n<p>If you first resided in Slovenia on the basis of a long-stay visa and you applied for a temporary residence permit before the visa expired, the whole time of residence in Slovenia is included.<\/p>\n<p>If you have resided in Slovenia on the basis of a temporary residence permit for the purpose of study and vocational training, half of that time is included in the period for issuing a permanent residence permit (for example: you have resided in Slovenia for study purposes for 36 months, while 18 months are included in the necessary time of residence).<\/p>\n<p>If you are an EU Blue Card holder and have resided in the EU continuously for five years, of which the last two years were in Slovenia, you may apply for a permanent residence permit \u2013 your absence from the EU must not be longer than 12 consecutive months and must not exceed 18 months in total.<\/p>\n<p>If you have resided in Slovenia for seasonal work as a posted worker, a transferred person within a company, a cross-border worker or a person with temporary protection, or you have been serving a sentence, this time is not included in the necessary time of residence.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":36,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/infotujci.si\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/1039"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/infotujci.si\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/infotujci.si\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/infotujci.si\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/infotujci.si\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1039"}],"version-history":[{"count":6,"href":"https:\/\/infotujci.si\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/1039\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":2180,"href":"https:\/\/infotujci.si\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/1039\/revisions\/2180"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/infotujci.si\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1039"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
