Information on vacancies and conditions can be obtained on the website of the Information on vacancies and conditions can be obtained on the websites of <a href=\"http:\/\/vps.vss-ce.com\/VPS\/\">Short-Cycle Higher Education Application Service <\/a>\u00a0and the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mizs.gov.si\/si\/delovna_podrocja\/direktorat_za_srednje_in_visje_solstvo_ter_izobrazevanje_odraslih\/visjesolsko_izobrazevanje\/vpis\/\"> Ministry of Education, Science and Sport<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text\"><p>Slovenians without Slovenian citizenship, European Union citizens, candidates who do not have Slovenian citizenship but are taxable residents of the Republic of Slovenia or one of their parents or guardians is a taxable resident at the time of their enrolment, can apply and study under the same conditions as citizens of the Republic of Slovenia.<\/p>\n<p>More information on the short-cycle study enrolment procedure is available at the <a href=\"https:\/\/e-uprava.gov.si\/podrocja\/izobrazevanje-kultura\/visoka-in-visja-sola\/vpis-v-visjo-strokovno-solo.html\">E-government portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Enrolment of third-country nationals in higher education<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nFor third country nationals there are usually an additional five per cent of vacancies compared to the number of vacancies for Slovenian and EU citizens.
