An application is filed by you personally or by a person authorised by you. For minors, an application is submitted by their legal representatives.
If the purpose of your stay in Slovenia is employment, work, transfer (including the EU Blue Card), an application may be submitted by your employer.
If the purpose of your stay in Slovenia is to work in research or higher education, an application may be submitted by a research institution or a higher education institution.
