If the Office for Support and Integration of Migrants (hereinafter: the Office) has capacities available, you can stay in one of the integration houses in Ljubljana or Maribor or in other accommodation facilities of the Office for a maximum of one year from the date of acquiring the status. During this time, your family members who have obtained a residence permit on the basis of the right to family reunification are also entitled to stay in the integration house or other accommodation facilities of the Office. If it is established that you have attested health reasons or other reasons, the Office Commission may extend your residence in the integration house or other accommodation facilities of the Office for a maximum of up to six months.

ACCOMMODATION IN A PRIVATE RESIDENCE
If you are accommodated in a private residence and do not have your own means of subsistence, or residence has not been enabled for you in any other way, you are entitled to a grant for accommodation in a private residence for 18 months following the day you acquire the status. If during the first 18 months from acquiring your status, you attend a Slovenian language learning course and attend at least 80% of hours, you will be entitled to a grant for private accommodation for a further 18 months.
Submit your application to your integration consultant. The grant is paid monthly to your current account or with your consent and consent of the lessor of the apartment to the current account of the latter. If you cannot open a current account, the grant will be paid in cash. Persons with refugee status are also entitled to a grant for family members who have obtained a residence permit on the basis of the right to family reunification, but only for as long as the right of the person who asked for reunification applies.

Amount of the grant for accommodation in a private residence is shown in the table below. The amount of the grant is determined in accordance with the appropriate percentage of the basic amount of the minimum income and amounts to:
